A subsidiary of Zhenghe Group, Zhenghe Green Energy (Shenzhen) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Huizhou, Guangdong. Leveraging the Group’s 220,000 m² industrial park and RMB 500 million manufacturing investment, together with deep‑rooted expertise in precision manufacturing, consumer electronics, and supply‑chain integration, the company has built a comprehensive capability spanning cell manufacturing, PACK assembly, battery second‑life utilization, and energy storage system integration.
In 2023, Zhenghe Group formally entered the energy storage sector, focusing on new‑energy storage, lithium‑battery recycling, and cascade utilization. Through targeted team building, technology incubation, and product R&D, the Group progressively developed a portfolio covering residential storage, commercial & industrial (C&I) storage, communication‑base‑station backup power, and portable power stations. Following extensive validation, supply‑chain consolidation, and application‑scenario exploration, the Group established Zhenghe Green Energy New Energy Co., Ltd. in March 2026 to accelerate the productization, commercialization, and global expansion of its storage business.
Today, Zhenghe Green Energy is dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing, and solution delivery of energy storage systems. We continuously strengthen our core competencies in battery management systems (BMS), thermal management, safety protection, quality traceability, and cascade utilization, striving to deliver safe, reliable, flexible, and cost‑effective energy storage products and solutions to customers worldwide.
